2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When the website is accessed, Netlify automatically processes technical information (including IP address, time of access, page accessed) in so-called server log files, in order to provide and secure the website technically. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website operation). Processing may take place both within and outside the EU/EEA; Netlify's Data Processing Addendum is automatically incorporated into its terms of service and can be viewed at netlify.com/pdf/netlify-dpa.pdf.
3. No analytics or tracking tools
By default, this website does not use any analytics tools, advertising tracking, or cookies for marketing purposes. Fonts are self-hosted (no external requests to Google Fonts or comparable services). The map embedded on the contact page is a static image with no connection to a map service when the page loads.
4. Contact form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the inquiry serves to initiate a lessons agreement). The technical processing of the form is handled by Netlify Forms. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process the inquiry.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy notices of WhatsApp Ireland Limited and/or Meta Platforms, Inc. additionally apply. We have no influence over the scope and manner of data processing carried out by WhatsApp. For further information, please see WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
6. Photos of lessons
Some photos shown on this website depict lesson situations with students. Photos in which minors are identifiable are only published with the prior consent of their parents/guardians. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future; the respective photo will then be removed promptly.
